Job summary

• Ability to identify community impacts and manage public grievances.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of community and stakeholder engagement strategies and management plans.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks related to public and stakeholder impacts.
• Prepare and distribute letters, emails, and newsletters.
• Build relationships with local residents, property owners, and institutional stakeholders along the project route.
• Handle public queries and grievances, ensuring documentation and timely resolution.
• Collaborate with site teams to ensure community commitments are integrated into operations.
• Drive internal communication to support a cohesive team culture.
