Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in communications or PR.
• Proven engagement experience in infrastructure, civil construction or similar.
• Ability to resolve enquiries and maintain stakeholder trust.

Responsibilities

• Implement engagement plans and identify public-impact risks early.
• Prepare letters, newsletters, emails and other project communications.
• Maintain proactive relationships with residents and institutional stakeholders.
• Record public enquiries and grievances and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Work with construction teams to honour community commitments and support internal communications.
