Job summary

Clicks is seeking a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer to deliver enterprise infrastructure projects across a complex technology environment in Melbourne. You will build, upgrade and migrate core platforms, working with Architecture, Security and Project teams to ensure secure, resilient, and production-ready solutions.

The role requires strong Windows Server and Linux administration, VMware, Active Directory and storage/backup familiarity, plus automation with PowerShell or Ansible.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Infrastructure Engineering experience.
• Strong Windows Server and Linux administration skills.
• Proven VMware virtualization experience.
• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft identity services.
• Knowledge of storage, backup technologies and disaster recovery.
• PowerShell and Ansible or similar automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy Windows Server and Linux infrastructure.
• Deliver VMware, storage, backup and disaster recovery projects.
• Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations and technology refreshes.
• Configure Active Directory and Microsoft identity services.
• Automate administration and deployment activities using PowerShell, Ansible or similar tools.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting and production readiness activities.
• Create technical documentation and operational handovers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver successful project outcomes.
