Job summary

An Australian consultancy is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join their Adelaide team. This mid-senior level position involves developing and operating ICT systems for Defence and Intelligence customers. Ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills and security clearance. Qualifications

• Security clearance at NV1 or NV2 to TSPV is required.

Join Vertical Scope Group’s (VSG) Professional Services Division and Technical Support Team today, as we’re securing Infrastructure Engineers to join our award-winning team in delivering Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) capability across the Defence and the Security Community.

We are looking for driven and highly skilled, security cleared Infrastructure Engineers with various levels of knowledge and experience to work in our Adelaide team, supporting our Defence and Intelligence customers. The Technical Support team will provide a broad range of designing, building, testing and operation of ICT systems within the Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance Information Environment in Defence.

This is a rare opportunity to join team VSG and if selected, be cleared from NV1 or NV2 to TSPV.

Your Key Responsibilities as a Infrastructure Engineer – SINT 3 include…

• Develop and operate compute, storage, and network hardware infrastructure
• Research and recommend systems, equipment and technologies
• Design, test and deploy new versions of infrastructure software/firmware and plan for implementation
• Integrate and support management and security configurations
• Conduct troubleshooting and support to resolve all infrastructure related incidents and requests
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
