Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in Infrastructure, Systems Engineering, Technical Operations, Cloud Operations or SRE.
• Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer and user-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot production systems to support millions of players globally.
• Monitor, observability, and incident response for 24/7 uptime.
• Automation, scripting and configuration management to improve operations.
• Support Linux and cloud infrastructure and basic database/security operations.
• Collaborate with the Technical Operations team on improvements and escalations.
