Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to project and operational teams.
• Design, implement and support enterprise ICT infrastructure solutions.
• Coordinate and deliver infrastructure changes and activities.
• Lead incident response, troubleshooting and service restoration.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative measures.
• Drive service improvements across infrastructure environments.
• Support architecture, operational design and technical standards.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies across initiatives.
• Review and approve technical change activities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
• Coordinate data centre activities including rack allocation, cabling and power utilization.
