Job summary

Public Transport Authority (PTA) WA is seeking a permanent full-time engineering leader to drive safety, governance and performance across our bus, ferries and trains network in Western Australia.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams in a 24/7 operational environment, influence stakeholders at all levels, develop and implement policies, and deliver practical solutions that enhance safety and resilience.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven people management experience in 24/7 operations.
• Excellent communication to investigate issues, prepare reports, and implement solutions.
