Job summary

BDO Brisbane is seeking an Assistant Manager or Manager to join the Risk Advisory Services team. In this client-facing role you will lead the delivery of contract performance audit and assurance engagements across major infrastructure and service delivery arrangements.

You will own engagements, work closely with senior stakeholders, and mentor junior team members while building strong client relationships and contributing to practice growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract performance audit or related assurance work within professional services or industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver contract performance audit and assurance engagements
• Manage end-to-end delivery, including planning, scoping, execution and reporting
• Interpret contractual arrangements and assess performance, compliance and financial outcomes
• Oversee fieldwork and provide guidance to junior team members
• Build strong client relationships and communicate insights to senior stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement of methodologies and contribute to practice growth
