KBR's Infrastructure Solutions Australia division in Adelaide seeks a Commercial Specialist to support commercial and contractual activities across a major utilities project. Based in Adelaide, you will collaborate with project teams, procurement, finance, legal and delivery to drive commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial, contracts, project controls, procurement or contract administration.
• Experience supporting infrastructure, utilities or major project environments.
• Understanding contract administration principles and risk management.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of commercial and contracting strategies across project activities.
• Assist with administration of contractual matters including variations, claims, extensions of time and subcontract management.
• Monitor and report on project commercial performance, including budgets, forecasts, cash flow and risk exposure.
• Support the preparation, review and administration of subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
• Assist project teams with contractual interpretation and the application of commercial processes.
• Prepare contractual correspondence, notices and supporting documentation.
• Contribute to change management processes and support the identification and management of commercial risks and opportunities.
• Work closely with procurement, finance, legal and project teams to ensure alignment on commercial matters.
• Support the preparation of commercial reports and project reviews.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, lessons learned and commercial best practice across the business.
