Job summary

Searchability® is seeking an IT Support Engineer (Level 2) in Canberra to provide hands-on support across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, and networking. You’ll work in a small team on varied incidents and projects, with a focus on delivering reliable services and meaningful improvements.

The role spans escalation handling, environment administration, security considerations, and occasional project work, with office-based work and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 – Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access and MFA.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint/device management.
• Windows Server administration experience.
• Networking fundamentals – DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing and firewalls.
• MSP experience or exposure to multi-client environments (highly regarded).

IT Support Engineer (Level 2)

This is a role built for a technically capable engineer who's solid across the Microsoft stack, keen to keep growing, and ready to do meaningful work across both support and projects in a close-knit team environment.

The team works across Microsoft technologies, cloud, cybersecurity, automation, networking and infrastructure – so there's genuine variety in what you'll be working on day to day.

The role is primarily support-focused with some project involvement across cloud, security and infrastructure.

Location: Canberra

Position: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to $100,000 + Super

Work arrangement: Office-based with flexibility over time

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

• Windows Server administration experience

• Good communication skills – you can work directly with clients and explain things clearly
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of issues through to resolution
• MSP experience or exposure to multi-client environments (highly regarded)
