Job summary

Catholic Education Canberra invites applications for an Information Technology Coordinator at St Mary MacKillop College. The role leads the IT faculty, guiding curriculum development and delivery, and supporting teachers to achieve high learning outcomes.

You will work within the Curriculum Leadership Team reporting to the Principal via the Assistant Principal Academic Care, and bring strong leadership, collaboration, and deep knowledge of IT education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Teaching or Education, eligible to teach at secondary level.
• WWVP clearance required prior to commencement.
• TQI registration in ACT is required.
• Accreditation in accordance with Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn policy.

Salary Range:$146,045 plus superannuation. Salary is determined based on years of teaching service.

About the Role

The Information Technology Coordinator is a member of the Curriculum Leadership Team responsible to the Principal through the Assistant Principal Academic Care for the leadership of their faculty, in accordance with College policies.

The Information Technology Coordinator leads and supervises a team of committed teachers in the development and delivery of an innovative and rigorous curriculum. The successful applicant will bring professionalism and positivity in communicating and modelling a vision of excellence. We are seeking an energetic and collaborative leader, with effective skills to support the development of colleagues, curriculum leadership and quality learning outcomes for students.

The successful candidate will bring excellent teaching skills as well as exceptional knowledge of Information Technology curriculum.
