Job summary

The Perth Mint is hiring an Analyst Information Security to join our Business Technology Team in a permanent full-time role based in East Perth. You will conduct security assessments, keep systems updated with patches, and monitor for cyber threats, aiding in strengthening our security posture.

You will hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field and pursue recognised security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, SANS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, SANS or equivalent in progress are desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard the Corporation's information systems and data.
• Conduct security assessments and monitor security alerts and incidents.
• Support planning, implementation and documentation of information security controls.
