Job summary

Endeavour Group seeks a Senior Finance Analyst to drive financial performance for major initiatives. Based in Sydney or Melbourne with hybrid work, you’ll analyse, model and report to validate business cases and measure outcomes.

You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to ensure investments deliver measurable value and provide insights for commercial decisions. You’ll work closely with the Senior Finance Manager and cross-functional teams, developing robust forecasts, dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualification with 6+ years' experience in financial analysis, management accounting or commercial finance.
• Strong hands-on experience in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and P&L analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
• Commercially minded with strong communication skills and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis, modelling and reporting to track performance and benefits of key initiatives.
• Monitor actual performance against budgets, forecasts and business cases, identifying variances and opportunities.
• Partner with Finance teams and project stakeholders to validate assumptions and ensure benefits are captured.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts and reporting frameworks to measure project performance.
• Analyse complex financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare insightful financial reports and dashboards to support senior leadership and investment decisions.
• Support the development and evaluation of business cases, ensuring robust financial assumptions.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting and performance tracking across the business.

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting the financial performance of major business initiatives across Endeavour Group, helping ensure our investments deliver measurable commercial value.

Working closely with the Senior Finance Manager and stakeholders across the business, you'll bring strong financial analysis, modelling and reporting capabilities to track performance, validate business cases and measure financial outcomes against expectations.

This is a hands-on analytical role where you'll get into the detail behind the numbers, identify performance gaps and provide meaningful insights that support better commercial decisions.

Qualifications
