Job summary

Endeavour Group’s Hotels Finance team provides financial and strategic leadership for ALH Hotels and related venues. The Finance Business Partner - Commercial will transform complex data into actionable insights, guiding pricing, promotions, supplier negotiations, and category performance across Food, Bars, and Accommodation.

As a trusted advisor to Commercial Heads of department, you’ll partner with Finance, Operations, and FP&A to oversee budgets, costs, and reporting.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualification with at least 5 years of relevant commercial finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel, SAP, Tableau, TM1, and Google reporting tools.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex financial data and translate it into simple, compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive, resilient, and customer-centric approach to problem-solving and cross-functional business partnering.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly and monthly insights, evaluate category pricing and promotions, and advise on commercial risks, opportunities, and supplier negotiations.
• Work closely with Commercial, Operations, and FP&A teams to manage P&L line items, category costs, and annual budget submissions.
• Streamline reporting, optimise systems, and bring innovative ways of working to support an evolving business.
• Manage category costs against budget/targets and assist key stakeholders to monitor budget/targets as all levels.
• Proactive approach and a willingness to work across all areas of the business.
• Work across Finance to implement best practices and improved ways of working, systems and processes.

As a Finance Business Partner - Commercial, you'll act as a trusted commercial advisor to Commercial Heads of department across Food, Bars, and Accommodation.
