Job summary

Talent information management team in Canberra seeks an experienced Information Management System Administrator to support a secure ICT environment in Canberra. You will manage Windows Server and AWS-based infrastructure, middleware, EDRMS and database systems in a hybrid, multi-cloud setting, ensuring performance, security and reliability across critical software infrastructure.

The role requires hands-on administration, troubleshooting and updating software, with a focus on lifecycle

We are seeking an experienced Information Management System Administrator to support a secure and complex ICT environment in Canberra.

This role will suit an experienced Systems Administrator with strong Windows Server and AWS experience who is comfortable supporting critical software infrastructure across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

The Role
You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance and ongoing performance of critical system software and infrastructure. The environment includes operating systems, middleware, data management platforms, EDRMS and database systems.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Administering and supporting Windows Server environments
• Managing operating systems, infrastructure software, middleware and utility software
• Supporting and optimising systems across hybrid and multi-cloud environments
• Monitoring system performance, availability and stability
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex system software issues
