Job summary

Talent information management team in Canberra seeks an experienced Information Management System Administrator to support a secure ICT environment in Canberra. You will manage Windows Server and AWS-based infrastructure, middleware, EDRMS and database systems in a hybrid, multi-cloud setting, ensuring performance, security and reliability across critical software infrastructure.

The role requires hands-on administration, troubleshooting and updating software, with a focus on lifecycle

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with AWS in enterprise environments.
Experience supporting middleware, operating systems and utility software.
Strong infrastructure support and troubleshooting capability.
Experience working within complex ICT environments.

Responsibilities

Administering and supporting Windows Server environments.
Managing operating systems, infrastructure software, middleware and utility software.
Supporting and optimising systems across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Monitoring system performance, availability and stability.
Troubleshooting and resolving complex system software issues.
Planning, configuring and testing software updates and upgrades.
Supporting the lifecycle of information management systems and EDRMS.
Developing diagnostic tools and procedures to support troubleshooting and performance analysis.
