The City of Cockburn is seeking an experienced Information Management professional to support administration and continuous improvement of its TechnologyOne ECM records system. You will provide specialist advice across the organisation and deliver training to enhance information management and recordkeeping practices.

You will translate governance requirements into practical solutions, collaborate with diverse teams, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a government

Qualifications

• Knowledge of records management legislation and information governance.
• Experience with electronic document and records management systems (EDRMS).
• Ability to translate policies into practical improvements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and improvement of the City’s records management system.
• Provide specialist advice to improve information management practices across the organisation.
• Develop and deliver user training on ECM usage and best practices.
