Job summary

Verse is seeking an experienced Information Management Systems Specialist to drive the delivery of governance solutions and protect information across its digital environment in Perth. The role focuses on Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Purview, translating requirements into practical configurations, controls and workflows.

The successful candidate will administer and configure governance systems, develop Power Automate workflows, and collaborate with analysts and ICT teams to continuously improve

Qualifications

• Experience administering information management or governance systems.
• Strong Microsoft 365 experience, especially SharePoint and Purview.
• Ability translate governance requirements into technical configurations.
• Knowledge of classification, metadata, retention and protection principles.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure information management and governance systems, including Purview.
• Configure SharePoint sites, libraries, metadata and information architecture.
• Translate requirements into system controls for classification, retention, disposal and protection.
• Develop workflows and automation using Power Automate and Microsoft 365.
• Support testing, implementation, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, IM specialists and ICT teams.
