Job summary

Aurecon Group is seeking a SharePoint Administrator to support secure collaboration across SharePoint Online, Teams, and Microsoft 365 platforms. You will help Defence and enterprise information management efforts, maintain secure access, and implement governance controls.

You will partner with project teams and stakeholders to resolve incidents, automate tasks with PowerShell, and contribute to ongoing information governance and migration activities.

Qualifications

• Experience administering SharePoint Online and Teams in a medium-to-large enterprise.
• Ability to implement access governance and security controls.
• Proven PowerShell use for admin, automation, and auditing.
• Experience with governance reporting and remediation activities.
• Experience in regulated or defence-style environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer SharePoint Online, Teams, and related Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Manage permissions, access governance, and security controls.
• Conduct access audits and remediation activities.
• Develop PowerShell-based automation and reporting solutions.
• Support ShareGate migrations and content remediation.
• Administer information governance with classification and retention.
• Investigate incidents and handle service requests.
• Collaborate with Defence project teams and stakeholders to stay compliant.
