Job summary

Rmkble in Perth seeks an experienced Information Governance / Purview Specialist to join the EvergreenOps team. You will design, configure and mature Purview capabilities across protection, data lifecycle, retention and records management at enterprise scale.

Strong hands-on Purview experience is essential, with a background in information governance and cyber security. SharePoint/M365 skills are highly desirable as you engage with technical and business stakeholders.

• Strong background in information protection and governance.
• Experience implementing classification and protection controls in enterprise environments.
• Strong SharePoint and Microsoft 365 skills are highly desirable.
• Ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Purview capabilities for information protection and lifecycle management.
• Develop reporting on data protection effectiveness and risk trends.
• Support compliance, audit and control assurance activities.
• Drive adoption of information protection practices across the organisation.
• Automate rule and policy deployment where possible.
