Job summary

AerisJet is seeking Inflight Service Personnel to join our small, skilled crew in Sydney on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with potential extension. You will deliver a discreet, personalised inflight experience on long-range charter programmes and work with global caterers and suppliers.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years' VIP cabin experience, hold Australian work rights, a current passport with ASIC eligibility, and a strong background in safety, emergency duties, and fine dining.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in a first or business class cabin, business aviation, or VVIP service environment.
• The right to live and work in Australia (visa sponsorship not available) and based in Sydney.
• A current passport and ability to obtain ASIC for the role.
• Able to meet medical/physical requirements, safety and emergency duties, and drug/alcohol testing.
• A current first aid qualification (HLTAID011 or equivalent) or willingness to obtain one.
• Food safety knowledge and strong understanding of fine dining, wine and presentation.
• Calm, adaptable and discreet, with the ability to spend extended periods away from home.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cabin, galley and catering for each sector, working with caterers and suppliers worldwide.
• Deliver fine-dining and beverage service to the highest standard.
• Carry out safety and emergency duties in accordance with the Operator's manuals.
• Care for the aircraft interior and its fittings, keeping the cabin immaculate.
• Support passengers' needs before, during and after each flight, with complete discretion.

Inflight Service Personnel (ISP) – Ultra-Long-Range Business Jets

Location: Sydney, New South Wales (on-site, with extensive international travel)

Employment type: Full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract

AerisJet is a Sydney-based air transport operator of large-cabin, ultra-long-range business jets, conducting charter operations under CASR Part 121 and holding IS-BAO Stage III registration. We fly private and corporate clients across Australia and the world, including Europe, North America, Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

We are seeking an experienced Inflight Service Personnel (ISP) to join our small, highly skilled crew team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension.

The role

Reporting to our Inflight Service Personnel Manager (ISPM), you will deliver a discreet, highly personalised inflight experience on long-range charter and block charter programmes. You will:

• prepare the cabin, galley and catering for each sector, working with caterers, handlers and suppliers worldwide;
• deliver fine-dining and beverage service to the highest standard;
• carry out safety and emergency duties in accordance with the Operator's operations manuals;
• care for the aircraft interior and its fittings, keeping the cabin immaculate;
• support passengers' needs before, during and after each flight, with complete discretion.

About you

• At least 3 years' experience in a first or business class cabin, business aviation, or VVIP service environment.
• The right to live and work in Australia (visa sponsorship is not available for this role), and based in or willing to relocate to Sydney.
• A current passport, and the ability to obtain the visas and an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) required for the role.
• Able to meet the medical and physical requirements of the role, including safety and emergency duties, and to take part in drug and alcohol testing.
• A current first aid qualification (HLTAID011 or equivalent), or willingness to obtain one.
• Food safety knowledge and a strong understanding of fine dining, wine and presentation.
