Job summary

Cabin Services Australia is seeking reliable Aircraft Cabin Cleaners to join our team at Sydney International Airport. You will maintain the cleanliness, hygiene and presentation of aircraft cabins between flights, following strict safety procedures.

We value attention to detail, teamwork and the ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, nights and weekends. Australian work rights are required; ASIC may be needed.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience in aviation, hospitality or commercial environments is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight turnaround times.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service aircraft cabins between flights within tight turnaround times.
• Vacuum carpets, wipe surfaces and clean seats, tray tables and overhead lockers.
• Remove rubbish and replenish onboard supplies (e.g. headrest covers, magazines).
• Clean galleys, lavatories and crew rest areas.
• Follow aviation safety, security and hygiene procedures.

About the role

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Aircraft Cabin Cleaners to join our team at Sydney International Airport. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene and presentation of aircraft cabins to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for passengers and crew.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service aircraft cabins between flights within tight turnaround times
• Vacuum carpets, wipe surfaces and clean seats, tray tables and overhead lockers
• Remove rubbish and replenish onboard supplies (e.g. headrest covers, magazines)
• Clean galleys, lavatories and crew rest areas
• Follow strict aviation safety, security and hygiene procedures
• Report any damage, maintenance issues or safety hazards
• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Skills & Experience

• Previous cleaning experience (aviation, commercial or hospitality preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks
• Flexible availability (including early mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays)

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
• Willingness to undergo a police check and pre-employment medical
• Full working rights in Australia - no student visas will be considered for this role.
• Reliable transport to and from Sydney International Airport
• Australian Drivers Licence
