Zusammenfassung

Rocket Tools is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative for industrial tools and welding supplies in the Newcastle area. You will manage enquiries, prepare quotes, process orders and grow trade accounts, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend work.

This hands-on role requires strong tool knowledge and a proven ability to develop customer relationships within a busy trade-counter environment.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a tool store, industrial distributor or trade counter.
• Strong product knowledge across tools, welding equipment, abrasives and PPE.
• Ability to build and grow relationships with existing trade accounts.
• Excellent communication and proactive sales skills.
• Comfortable producing quotes and processing orders.

Aufgaben

• Handle customer enquiries by phone, email and in person with confidence and product knowledge.
• Prepare accurate quotes and follow up opportunities through to order.
• Process orders efficiently and keep customers informed.
• Build and grow relationships with existing trade and industrial accounts.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales of tools, welding equipment, abrasives, PPE and consumables.
• Provide practical product advice and recommend the right solutions.
• Work closely with suppliers and the external sales team.
• Keep accurate records in our systems and maintain high standards of customer service.
