Qualifications

• Previous experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Estimating, Sales Support, Project Coordination or similar.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare MRO and technical quotations accurately and timely.
• Review customer specifications, datasheets, and technical requirements.
• Process customer orders and support order management activities.
• Maintain opportunities, quotations, and customer interactions in Salesforce.
• Update Salesforce Dashboards and sales pipeline information.
• Proactively follow up quotations and opportunities with customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
• Assist with technical documentation, tender submissions, and customer correspondence.
• Coordinate with supply chain, operations, engineering and vendors for pricing and delivery.
• Manage order changes, expedites, and customer requests.
• Support export customers with documentation and order-related inquiries.
• Maintain records within ERP and CRM systems.
• Assist with sales forecasting and reporting activities.
• Ensure customer requirements are met while delivering exceptional service.
