Job summary

Sun Engineering Australia in Carole Park, QLD, is seeking an experienced Industrial Spray Painter to join our team and progress into a supervisory role. You will perform spray painting and sandblasting, prepare surfaces and apply coatings to meet specifications while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

We are currently seeking askilled and experienced Industrial Spray Painterto join our team at ourCarole Park facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong painting and blasting experience who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role.

Key Duties and Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

You will be responsible for:

• Performing industrial spray painting and sandblasting tasks
• Preparing surfaces and applying coatings in line with specifications
• Ensuring all work meets safety, quality, and schedule requirements

Qualifications:

• Industrial spray painting and sandblasting experience
• Proficient in sand blasting blast profile checking
• Familiarity with QA processes – including visual inspections and documentation

Highly Regarded (but not essential):

• Coating Inspection Ticket
• NACE Certification
