Zusammenfassung

The Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) is seeking a Project Coordinator to support industrial relations projects, governance and reporting. You will work with stakeholders to monitor deliverables, manage risks and maintain project documentation in a collaborative, small team.

This is a fixed term position available for 3 years. Hybrid work arrangements within Victoria are available; applications should demonstrate work rights for the period.

Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating projects, programs or organisational initiatives in complex environments.
• Develop and maintain project plans, action registers, risk logs and documentation.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint; familiarity with project tools.
• Experience with enterprise bargaining, industrial relations, workforce planning or organisational change.
