Zusammenfassung

Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) is seeking a Project Coordinator - Industrial Relations to support a busy, multi-disciplinary team in Victoria. The role is full-time on a fixed-term basis with hybrid work options across Victoria and a strong emphasis on documentation, governance and results tracking.

You will coordinate projects, support enterprise bargaining and drive reporting processes while engaging with stakeholders to monitor deliverables and manage risks.

Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating projects, programs or organisational initiatives in a complex environment.
• Ability to develop and maintain project plans, action registers, risk logs and documentation.
• Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools including MS Project, SharePoint and Planner.
• Experience supporting enterprise bargaining, industrial relations, workforce planning or organisational change.

• Coordinate projects and monitor progress against plan and milestones.
• Maintain project documentation, action lists and risk registers.
• Support governance and reporting processes with accurate data and timely updates.
