Job summary

Paxus is seeking a PCN Engineer to design, support and improve Process Control Network environments across complex industrial operations. The role suits an experienced industrial network engineer with strong knowledge of OT/ICS environments, network infrastructure and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities include designing, implementing and supporting PCN infrastructure in OT settings, configuring industrial switches, routers and firewalls, and assisting with integration across SCADA and control

Qualifications

• Experience in OT/ICS environments is essential.
• Strong background in industrial networking and security.
• Familiarity with SCADA architectures and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and support Process Control Network (PCN) infrastructure within OT environments.
• Configure and maintain industrial switches, firewalls, routers and monitoring tools.
• Support integration across control systems, SCADA platforms and industrial applications.
• Diagnose and resolve complex network issues in critical infrastructure environments.
• Contribute to network architecture, standards and lifecycle management.
• Experience supporting industrial networks in mining, energy, utilities, manufacturing or OT environments.
• Knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs and security principles.
• Experience with Cisco, Hirschmann, Stratix, Palo Alto or equivalents.
• Understanding of OT/ICS and SCADA architectures.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE or equivalent.
