AGL is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Engineer to protect our operational technology environments. You will drive OT-specific security policies, collaborate across Cybersecurity, IT, and operations, and lead defense and response strategies based on threat intelligence.

The role requires hands-on expertise with OT systems, SCADA/PLC, Windows/Linux environments, and SIEM technologies. Strong stakeholder engagement and a strategic mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in OT or IT with practical OT experience.
• Collaboration across Cybersecurity, IT, and operations.
• Knowledge of OT/ICS protocols and platforms (SCADA, PLC).
• Experience with network security controls, access management, and SIEM in OT.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, AESCSF, IEC 62443; scripting skills valued.

Responsabilités

• Provide OT cybersecurity guidance to site engineering and control teams.
• Lead OT security initiatives and threat intelligence sharing.
• Support incident response and post‑incident analysis for major OT events.
• Maintain dashboards, metrics, and documentation for visibility and governance.
• Architect and develop OT security solutions for industrial environments.
