Oakey Beef Exports is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our maintenance team. You will service, maintain and repair electrical systems across a diverse range of equipment, working closely with fitters and other maintenance tradespersons.

This full-time role involves PLCs, robotics and automated systems, with a strong emphasis on safety and adherence to WHS practices. A rotating roster and early starts are part of the schedule, supporting plant shutdowns, upgrades and capital projects.

Qualificações

• Certificate III in Electrotechnology (minimum).
• Open to qualified Electricians or current 3rd/4th-year apprentices.
• Eagerness to listen, learn and work hands-on with diverse technologies.
• Exposure to manufacturing/industrial environments preferred.
• High safety focus with WHS procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Service, maintain and repair electrical systems across a diverse range of equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs, robotics and automated systems.
• Respond to and rectify electrical faults and breakdowns across the plant.
• Follow Lock Out Tag Out procedures and prioritise safety.
• Support plant shutdowns, installations, upgrades and capital projects.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to reduce downtime.
