Job summary

O'Shea's Carpet Cleaning in Adelaide is seeking enthusiastic labourers/industrial cleaners for casual and permanent part-time roles. You will join a professional, hardworking team delivering industrial cleaning services to commercial and industrial sites with flexible hours.

Shifts are Monday to Friday with some weekends possible; full training provided. Police clearance and a valid licence are preferred. Travel within Adelaide communities and a commitment to quality work are key.

Qualifications

• Police clearance or willingness to complete one.
• Current driver’s licence and access to vehicle.
• Working Safely at Heights Ticket or willingness to obtain one.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in the community unsupervised.
• Attention to detail and ability to quality check own work.
• Positive attitude and good humour are essential.
• Flexible with work hours including some weekends, evenings and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Perform industrial cleaning across commercial and industrial sites.
• Bio hazard cleaning and removal.
• High access cleaning and dusting.
• Trauma cleaning.
• Mould remediation and water damage restoration support.
• Pressure cleaning and roof cleaning.
• Pest prevention product installation.
• Other cleaning duties as required.

About the job:

This is a casual and/ or permanent part-time role (with flexible working hours) providing industrial cleaning services to commercial, industrial and some domestic customers.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, with hours varying from day to day, offering flexible working hours (some weekends may be required (by negotiation, with advanced notice).

Job sites are located in various areas of Adelaide.

Full training will be provided (experience is highly regarded).
