Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a Maintenance Management role within industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Trade or degree qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience managing facilities, infrastructure and building services on a large industrial site.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, boilers and essential utilities.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs, contractor management and budgeting.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of industrial facilities, buildings, infrastructure and utilities.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies to maximise reliability.
• Coordinate internal resources and external contractors to complete work safely and to standard.
• Manage facilities-related capital projects from planning through delivery and commissioning.
• Oversee building services including HVAC, refrigeration, electrical systems and utilities.
• Manage contractor engagement, inductions, permits and risk assessments.
• Develop and manage facilities budgets and capital investment plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and waste management.
