Job summary

Downer is seeking highly skilled Industrial Electricians for long-term maintenance and capital upgrades around Newcastle. Work with a safety-first team on diverse, industrial projects that keep skills sharp and provide permanent, full-time stability.

You'll tackle VSDs, HV switchyard upgrades, and other cutting-edge electrical systems while contributing to reliable operations across water, electricity, telecoms, and industrial networks.

Qualifications

• Current NSW Electrical Licence required.
• CPR/LVR certification and White Card required.
• Construction Induction / White Card and working at heights advantageous.
• Experience with industrial plant and equipment beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upgrade electrical systems on long-term projects.
• Assist with capital upgrade works across Newcastle's industrial sector.
