Randstad Pty is hiring an Industrial Electrician in Sydney, NSW. You will maintain and troubleshoot high-tech machinery and automation, acting as the go-to electrical expert for maintenance and automation across diverse equipment.

The role involves working on weigh-up machines, mixers, and dynamometers, with a focus on Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs in a collaborative cross-functional team environment. Hiring shifts include days transitioning to Day/Afternoon rotations.

Qualifications

• Must be an A-Grade Electrician with a valid license and 3+ years of post-trade experience in an industrial setting.
• Strong PLC Proficiency: Experience with Allen Bradley or Siemens.
• Industrial expertise with VSDs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
• Mechanical aptitude: ability to work with Maintenance Fitters to troubleshoot complex machinery.
• Reliability & compliance: Australian Working Rights and ability to pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screen.
• Bonus points: Open Cable Registration and knowledge of WHS Regulations.

Location: Wetherill Park, NSW. Easily accessible, with ample parking and public transport. Hourly Rate: $55 – $60 per hour + Penalties & Shift Loadings Shifts Available: Dayshift (6:30am – 2:30pm) transitioning to a Day/Afternoon rotation (2pm – 10pm).
