Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate project requirements and define appropriate design intent for execution teams
• Produce 3D and 2D modelling and drawings
• Communicate with suppliers and ensure alignment of design decisions with project goals and constraints
• Track project status and contribute to KPI and delivery performance monitoring
• Engage with clients, architects and builders across all project stages
• Attend meetings to clarify design intent and resolve technical issues
• Manage RFIs and provide clear technical documentation and responses
• Support handovers between sales, design, and project management teams

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Industrial Designer / Draftsman to join our design team. You'll take design intent from concept through to manufacture-ready drawings, working closely with suppliers, architects, builders and our internal project teams to deliver washroom systems on some of Australia's most high-profile construction projects.

This role is office-based in Sydney or Beresfield, with a remote option available for candidates based in Melbourne. All applicants are welcome to apply.
