Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or internal sales role.

• ERP system experience (Epicor experience highly regarded).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Process customer orders accurately using the Epicor ERP system.
• Maintain customer records and interactions within HubSpot.
• Proactively follow up and expedite customer orders.
• Liaise with internal sales, production, warehouse, and logistics teams.
• Provide internal support to field sales personnel.
• Escalate customer complaints and service issues as required.
• Comply with Health, Safety & Environmental policies.
• Contribute positively to a collaborative and respectful team culture.
