Job summary

Rentokil Initial is hiring a Hygiene Installer to join the Australian team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will install, service, and remove hygiene products in customer washrooms, manage your route, and maintain strong client relationships.

The role offers autonomy, on-the-road work, and Monday-to-Friday hours with training and clear career progression into supervisory or cross-functional roles. Relocation is not stated.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Working with Children Check (or the ability to obtain one).
• Confidence using mobile phone apps and tablets for scheduling and logging.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment checks including medical, references and police checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, repairs, and removals of products within customer washrooms, including First Aid servicing and hardware setups.
• Route management to follow a planned schedule within your zone.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and liaise with internal and external contacts.
• Identify opportunities to improve service standards on-site.
• Cover predominantly the Northern Suburbs and extend to Bendigo, Seymour area.

Initial Hygiene is looking for an enthusiastic, natural-born problem solver with a great attitude to join our team as a Hygiene Installer on a full-time, permanent basis.

What You'll Be Doing

• Product Maintenance & Installation: Perform installations, repairs, and removals of our products within customer washrooms. This includes First Aid servicing, steam treatments, hardware setups, and item replacements for example
• Route Management: Work efficiently to a planned schedule within your assigned zone.
• Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, liaising effectively with both internal stakeholders and external contacts.
• Quality & Improvement: Stay aware of client needs on-site and spot opportunities to improve service standards.
• Mainly covering the Northern Suburbs and all the way out to Bendigo, Seymour area
