Corrective Services NSW is seeking a supervisor to oversee daily centre operations in Tabulam, coordinating resident case management and program delivery. You will guide staff, ensure safety, and support multidisciplinary teams within the NSW corrections framework.

The role emphasizes cultural safety and strong engagement with Aboriginal communities, aiming to improve outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants only.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated cultural capability and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
• Understanding of the criminal justice system.
• Preferred: Certificate IV in Community Services or equivalent experience in case management or human services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision and guidance to staff and manage daily centre activities.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents, and visitors.
• Monitor staff performance and incident reporting/follow-up.
• Coordinate daily schedules and duties, noting resident needs or behaviours.
• Manage portfolios supporting the Centre’s daily operations.
• Co-facilitate programs and supervise community access where applicable.
• Build relationships with government and non-government partners to meet requirements.
