CSIRO’s Indigenous Research Governance team seeks an Officer – Indigenous Research Governance to support engagement with Indigenous science activities across the organisation. You will coordinate reporting, maintain tools and provide administrative and logistical support for team activities, forums and events.

Ideal candidates bring lived Indigenous experience with strong administration, collaboration and communication skills, and the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams to advance

Qualifikationen

• Cultural capability grounded in Indigenous ways of knowing and being.
• Proven experience providing accurate administrative and secretariat support.
• Ability to engage respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Coordinating monitoring, record keeping and reporting on Indigenous science activity across CSIRO.
• Maintaining digital dashboards, maps, tagging protocols and other reporting systems.
• Providing administrative, logistical, travel and financial support for events and activities.
• Supporting internal forums, including Communities of Practice and Indigenous science symposiums.
• Assisting the Indigenous Science funding processes and committee activities.
• Collaborating with teams across CSIRO to deliver Indigenous Science objectives.
