Zusammenfassung

CSIRO is seeking an Officer – Indigenous Research Governance to support respectful engagement with Indigenous science activities across the organisation. You will coordinate reporting, maintain tools, and provide administrative support for team activities and events.

The role requires lived Indigenous experience and strong collaboration and communication skills to work with researchers, units and stakeholders across CSIRO. Open to multiple Australian capitals with flexible arrangements.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience providing accurate administrative, secretariat and project support.
• Ability to maintain records and contribute to quantitative and qualitative reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with Indigenous staff and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate monitoring, record keeping and reporting on Indigenous science activity across CSIRO.
• Maintain dashboards, maps, tagging protocols and reporting systems.
• Provide administrative, logistical, travel and financial support for events and activities.
• Support internal forums and Indigenous science symposiums.
• Assist with Indigenous Science funding processes and committee activities.
• Collaborate with teams to support CSIRO’s Indigenous Science objectives.
