Job summary

CSIRO is seeking an Officer – Indigenous Research Governance to support respectful, effective engagement with Indigenous science activities across the organisation. You will work with the Indigenous Research Governance team, researchers and units to implement, administer and monitor policies, systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience providing accurate administrative, secretariat and project support.
• Ability to coordinate reporting and maintain records with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret policies and procedures and resolve routine administrative matters.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monitoring, record keeping and reporting on Indigenous science activity across CSIRO.
• Maintain dashboards, maps, tagging protocols and other reporting systems.
• Provide administrative, logistical, travel and financial support for events and activities.
• Support internal forums and Indigenous science symposiums.
• Assist with Indigenous Science funding processes and committee activities.
• Collaborate with teams across CSIRO to deliver Indigenous Science objectives.
