GWS Giants in Sydney Olympic Park seeks an Indigenous Player Development Manager to lead holistic development and wellbeing for First Nations players in AFL and AFLW lists. You will coordinate cultural, educational, health and SEWB supports, and promote a safe, inclusive club environment.

This role requires strong relationships with AFL partners, external providers and diverse stakeholders, plus a commitment to cultural leadership, compliance with club policies, and delivering development

Qualifications

• Experience working in high-performance teams or elite sporting environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate holistic development of First Nations players across AFL/AFLW rosters.
• Advocate for players' cultural, vocational, educational, health and SEWB needs.
