Supply Nation is seeking a Relationship Manager to help members increase procurement activity with Indigenous suppliers. You will operate within a regional team to connect government and corporate buyers with Indigenous businesses registered with Supply Nation, fostering meaningful contracts and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and issues in business.
• Experience working with large corporate organisations and knowledge of government Indigenous procurement policies.
• Ability to interact with all levels of business from C-suite to operations.
• Knowledge of SME business enterprise.
• Digital competence in Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Strong oral and written communication, analytical and liaison skills.
• Ability to provide information or refer services with minimal direction.
• Experience supporting strong internal and external relationships.
• Excellent time management and prioritisation; ability to prepare reports, proposals and letters.
• Strong interpersonal skills and focus on prompt customer service.

Responsabilités

• Support members (corporate, government and not-for-profit) to increase procurement activity with Indigenous businesses.
• Build and maintain relationships with member organisations to facilitate engagements with Indigenous suppliers.
• Coordinate across the membership team to connect government and corporate buyers with registered Indigenous businesses for contracts and purchases.
