Job summary

Larrakia Nation Aboriginal Corporation in Darwin is recruiting a Program Manager to lead Outreach Programs (DPNP, RTC, HEAL) delivering culturally safe services to homeless and vulnerable Aboriginal people.

This Indigenous Identified position requires leadership, budgeting, and strong collaboration with government agencies and community partners to improve client outcomes and service delivery in the Darwin region.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple programs and teams.
• Knowledge of Aboriginal community services and context is essential.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, reporting and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of Outreach Programs (DPNP, RTC, HEAL).
• Oversee day-to-day performance of programs and staff.
• Ensure contractual obligations, targets and reporting are achieved.
• Manage program budgets within grant conditions.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, supervision and staff development.
• Foster culturally safe client-focused service delivery and partnerships.
