The University of Melbourne in Perth invites a Part-time (0.6 FTE), fixed-term role to lead ecosystem partnerships for the Dilin Duwa Centre across Western Australia, South Australia and the Northern Territory. You will build culturally grounded relationships with Indigenous communities and partners, shaping programs that grow economic independence.

You will translate networks into initiatives, collaborations and revenue streams, manage projects and contractors, drive engagement, and expand

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant postgraduate qualification or equivalent senior experience.
• Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities or organisations.
• Strong ability to build partnerships and manage funding-driven programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead culturally grounded engagement initiatives and regional workshops with Indigenous communities and partners.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with Indigenous ecosystem organisations, government, corporations and philanthropic stakeholders.
• Drive business development by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals and funding submissions.
• Expand Dilin Duwa's alumni and leadership networks and strengthen national connections.
• Oversee project delivery, contractors and reporting on outcomes and risks.
