Qualifications

• This position requires substantial experience with Traditional Owner governance, communities and leadership.
• Senior executive experience leading complex organisations, programs or partnerships.
• Proven ability to drive growth, transformation and financial sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across governance, organisational development and advocacy.
• Lead growth and capability development within the ReefTO Alliance and its staff.
• Strengthen Traditional Owner influence in decision-making and external relations.
• Translate Members' priorities into action to deliver lasting outcomes for Reef Traditional Owners.
