Job summary

Harrow Legal, a Sydney-based firm relocating to Ashfield by end of 2026, is seeking a motivated Solicitor with 3+ years of experience to join our growing legal practice. You will manage your own matters, provide practical legal advice, draft documents, and negotiate where required, while maintaining strong client relationships.

We welcome candidates across Personal Injury, Criminal Law, Family Law, Wills & Estates, Probate, Immigration, Civil Litigation and more.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in Australia with a current Practising Certificate.
• Confident managing files and taking carriage of matters.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Organised, commercially minded and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Committed to providing high-quality client service.
• Experience in one or more key practice areas will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own matters from commencement through to resolution.
• Provide legal advice and practical solutions to clients.
• Draft legal correspondence, court documents and other legal documentation.
• Conduct negotiations, conferences and litigation where required.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Work across a diverse range of legal matters.
• Develop your practice and progress your legal career within a growing firm.
• Reach KPIs once successful on completion of matter.
