• Sales, broking or customer service experience required.
• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking or willingness to obtain one with company support.
• Motivation to grow a flexible, high-performing business.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-qualified customer appointments and calendar onboarding.
• Coordinate custom marketing initiatives with in-house team to boost lead flow.
• Guide clients from first conversation through to settlement; fulfilment handles processing and admin.
• Leverage Aussie’s tech platform to streamline workflows and ensure compliance.
