Qualifications

• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking required or willingness to obtain one
• Sales, broking, or customer service experience
• Motivation to build a high-performing, flexible business
• Passion for helping Australians achieve property ownership
• Unrestricted Australian working rights

Responsibilities

• Work with pre-qualified appointments booked directly into your calendar
• Coordinate your marketing initiatives with our in-house team to boost lead flow
• Guide clients from initial contact through to settlement, with fulfilment handling processing and admin
• Leverage Aussie’s leading tech platform to simplify workflows and ensure compliance
• Grow income by connecting clients to Aussie’s broader ecosystem including buyers’ agents, conveyancing and insurance services
