Job summary

Life Solutions OT is seeking an experienced occupational therapist to join as an independent subcontractor across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW region. This is a genuinely flexible mobile role you can shape around your lifestyle, choosing referrals and areas you service.

Qualifications

• ABN registration and ability to invoice as an independent subcontractor.
• Experience delivering occupational therapy in a community NDIS setting.
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Current (or willingness to obtain) NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR.

Responsibilities

• Functional Capacity Assessments and report writing.
• Home modifications.
• Assistive technology assessment, trial and prescription.
• Wheelchair and seating assessments.
• Capacity building and daily living skills.
• Manual handling plans and carer training.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
